Refunds for Unused Services:
In the event of a CUSTOMER canceling services prior to completion, GECKOWEB.ES will determine the refund based on the remaining work that has not been initiated or finished. Additionally, a 10% administrative fee will be applied to cover administrative expenses.
GECKOWEB.ES commits to processing the refund within 20 business days from the date of cancellation.
No Refunds for Completed Work:
At GECKOWEB.ES, refunds are not offered for services that have been successfully completed and delivered to the client. Additionally, refunds will not be provided if the work has progressed to 70% of its total, unless there are exceptional circumstances. We stand by the quality and completion of our delivered services.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In rare instances where GECKOWEB.ES is unable to fulfill its obligations or deliver the agreed-upon services, a full or partial refund may be considered for the client.It's important to note that if you request a total refund due to exceptional circumstances or choose to cancel the service before the completion of the final work, you forfeit any rights to use any design submitted by GECKOWEB.ES. We strive to address exceptional cases with fairness and transparency.
Prices Policy:
GECKOWEB.ES reserves the right to revise its prices at any time before CUSTOMER accepting an Order.
The quoted prices may be subject to revision by GECKOWEB.ES after accepting an Order due to unforeseen occurrences affecting delivery, including government action, increased foreign exchange costs, and other matters beyond the control of GECKOWEB.ES. In such cases, you will have the right to cancel CUSTOMER Order. We strive to maintain transparency in our pricing policies.
Content Restrictions:
